Return Policy

All merchandise returned for credit must have prior authorization. Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). The RMA # must accompany all returns. The RMA # must be written on the packing slip. All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid.

Non-defective Merchandise

Returns on non-defective merchandise are eligible for return within 30 days from the invoice date and are subject to a 15% restock fee with a $10 minimum. This restock fee covers any outbound shipping charges and re-box fees. This does not cover shipping fees for the return shipment. No returns will be allowed on products that have been installed and removed. Obsolete or discontinued items are not eligible for return.
